LIABILITY WAIVER, MEDIA RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, in return for participation in or attending the Event, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Undersigned agrees as follows:
I irrevocably consent to and authorize the taking, use, publication, or reproduction at any time by or for the Sherpa Sessions of any and all photographs or electronic images taken of the Undersigned with or without names, for any use, including composite or distorted representations, promotion, advertising, or any other purpose whatsoever, and waive any claim or right arising out of such taking, use, publication, or reproduction, including any right of privacy or compensation.
I hereby expressly assume the risk of participating in or attending the Event which may include but is not limited to, the breathwork and cold exposure.
I hereby release and discharge SHERPA Sessions of and from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, or any other actions of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the Event, my attendance or participation, or any act or omission of the Undersigned, including any personal injury or death which I may suffer or incur as a result of participation in or attendance at the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or wrongful acts of SHERPA Sessions. I do further agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHERPA Sessions, of and from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, or any other actions of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the Event or any act or omission of the Undersigned.
This release is binding upon my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
