Breathe into Better: Using different breathwork flows, we get to explore breathing anatomy and our nervous system. Breath taps us in to experience different state shifts - from calming stress to breakthrough experiences which can clear emotional blocks. Some sessions are crafted to mitigate breathing dysfunction and others can boost sports performance. All sessions promote overall wellbeing.

Deliberate Cold Exposure

Ice baths, cold plunges, cold water immersion - no matter what you call it, it is life-changing. Have an opportunity to explore cold with a world-class coach and be guided in the gold standard of ice baths: the Morozko Forge.

Sherpa Breath & Cold Certification is a workshop-style exploration of breathwork and exposure training.

This course provides the opportunity for healthcare professionals, coaches, clinicians, fitness instructors, and ice bath enthusiasts to level up their knowledge base and coaching skill around these health optimization tools.
